Diamond Dynasty is a faction similar to Urban Nobles, founded in 1987, 24 years prior to Isaiah And Shred's Adventures, and 2 years before Jason's birth. It was founded by Eric the tiger, back when he was only 24 years old, who is now 49. Eric has been the leader since he created the group.
